Challenge: Test a measurable architecture in a pilot farm.

Intervention: Pilot work over approximately 350 hectares, pending editorial confirmation.

Technologies: Georeferenced data, spatial monitoring and platform components.

Status: Provisional case. Do not publish without approval from BIOTA and involved actors.

Conservation and water security

Challenge: Connect watershed conservation, corporate water risk and territorial benefits.

Intervention: Experience related to corporate water protection and conservation initiatives, including Intel-Aguatica, without framing it as a proprietary commercial product.

Architecture: Collaboration model, environmental indicators and contribution traceability.

Technologies: GIS, hydrological data and monitoring dashboards depending on scope.

Status: Institutional reference to validate with the relevant actors.

MVP and technology architecture

Challenge: Show how a platform can register projects, evidence and transactions without replacing territorial governance.

Intervention: Development of a functional MVP and technical exploration of tokenization, smart contracts and digital traceability.

Architecture: BIOTA API, registries, dashboards and optional smart-contract components.

Technologies: Explorations with Tatum, Celo and/or equivalent infrastructure subject to validation.

Status: Exploratory architecture. It does not imply commercial deployment or automatic blockchain recommendation.

Challenge: Ensure financeable conservation includes local actors, territorial knowledge and fair benefit-sharing.
